Benefits of Having a Pet

Benefits of Having a Pet

For many people, a life without a pet is almost unimaginable. Pets provide companionship, affection, and protection. They can become playmates, forming unique bonds between people and animals, bonds that end up being essential in their lives. The presence of pets helps many people cope with increases in their levels of stress and anxiety.

They give us so much, yet we are indebted to our pets in a thousand different ways. What if you could cherish memories of your pets for a lifetime? Carol Bynum is your perfect answer! The best pet photographer in Midland and you can get your moments documented by someone who understands the unbreakable bond between pet and owner.

Pets play an important role in almost every stage of human development. For children, pets foster a feeling of responsibility, caring, and communication. The relationship instills trust and friendship, qualities that endure and grow stronger as the child grows.

For some, the presence of pets has even more meaning. Through training, pets can help their owners lead a more normal life, as is the case with guide dogs. There are also animals that are being trained to help deaf people identify and react to signals that they would not normally be able to perceive.

The presence of a pet can lead to decreased stress, reduced blood pressure, and reduced anxiety levels. Different scientific studies have shown that pet owners who are also heart patients have a greater chance of recovering from a medical procedure.

The contribution of pets to their owners and society goes beyond the obvious role of a companion. In exchange for the generosity and unconditional affection of their pets, owners realize the need to provide them with care and even little treats from time to time. Pet portraits are the ideal piece for the remembrance of the bond between pet and owner, as it helps you to revive memories of your beloved pets even when they are gone and no more. The best pet photographer in Midland is the best choice for any pet owner.

Regardless of how it first originated, we can be sure of one thing: the powerful bond between people and pets is mutually beneficial in every way. Simply watching a child play with a dog or cat, or an older person enjoying the company of an animal, is a joy to watch. It is recognized that the mutual benefits of owning a pet far outweigh those of mere companionship. No doubt, the life without our pets is unimaginable!

Train Your Pets!

Train Your Pets!

It always warms my heart whenever I see a portrait of my pets staring at me from the walls with boundless love. A common problem faced by a majority of pet owners is, having their pets under control while having a pet portrait made. Here are some tips to train your pet before setting an appointment with Midland’s best pet photographer. Getting your pet to obey your commands, could save you a lot of problems.

We cannot imagine a life apart from our beloved pets. We go to sleep with them, wake up to their soft tugging, and spend most of the day bathing in their affection. For all they’ve done for us, what could we give them back? Yes! A perfect portrait of your pets! Who better to get it done than from the masters of pet photography themselves? Get yours done now from Carol Bynum- the best pet photographers in Midland!

There is nothing more frustrating and dangerous than a dog that does not obey you. Just think about this scenario: you look at your watch and realize that you have been out for an hour. Your pet has run a lot after his ball, played with other furry friends, and is, right now, lying on the ground with his tongue hanging out. You realize the time has come for you to go home. You call him, but he lays still. He rests his head on the ground while he continues to look at you like you’ve gone nuts. You call him again. Hopeless.

You have most likely suffered this public embarrassment yourself. For this reason, it is so important to train your pet. Not only will you not waste precious hours getting your pets to obey you, but it will also save you a lot of energy. Suppose your pet unknowingly runs toward oncoming traffic: they could get run over if you fail to alert them on time, which would be rather devastating. It is essential to ensure the safety of your pets as well as the others.

Where does your dog prefer to take a nap? Under a table, a desk, or on a coat? Dogs feel safe in a small, confined space as it is probably like a den for them. Recreate that feeling and develop a healthy training environment for your pets to make them feel at home.

A huge problem. You might be thinking, “I WANT TO TAKE A GOOD PICTURE OF MY DOG BUT IT WON’T SIT STILL … HELP!” Photographing your dog can be a lot of fun, but capturing that perfect moment on film could be difficult. To do this, you will need their full attention. Here are some practical tips to help you capture those fun and adorable moments.

Find an assistant, who can help you to keep your dog’s attention, especially with toys or treats!

Action photos are fun, but a fast-moving pet can make your photo blurry. To make him look at the camera, make a noise (like a hiss) to attract his attention. Be prepared to take the photo when he gazes at you with those adoring eyes! Choose a background that contrasts with your pet’s coat. For example, a dark coat against a light-colored background will make for a more dramatic image.

If it’s too much for you to manage your pet and the camera, you can get the best pet photographer in Midland to your doorstep. They’ll deliver an exceptional service without much effort, while all you have to do is watch. That’s better than doing all those things by yourself, right? Let the pros do the work for you. Sometimes the most unthinkable photos turn out to be the best!

Valentine’s Day with Pets

Valentine’s Day with Pets

Pets not only conquer the hearts of humans, but also their wallets. Americans are spending more for their pets than ever, this Valentine’s Day to tell their pets they love them.

In February, we begin to think about the celebration of love on Valentine’s Day. Usually, we love receiving and giving affection, but this Valentine’s Day you should make an exception.

What do you think of giving your pet a place in this celebration of love? All of us who enjoy the happiness of sharing with a pet, know that there is no greater, purer or unconditional love in the world.

This is not about you taking your dog to a romantic dinner. The important thing is that you express your love and share a special moment with your pet, because our pets are another member of our family.

Knowing that we have their loyalty, company and love, makes them deserving of all our affection, which cannot be better rewarded than in their care, well-being and joyous moments. They’re a different species from ours, but the connection that unites us is that overpowering and unending love.

What could you give them in return? Hmmm… Yes! A photograph would be the perfect gift! Capture your beautiful moments with your pets with the best pet photographer in Midland.

We all love the outdoors, so take your pet to enjoy a sunny afternoon in the park with you, while you read a good book or ride your bike. Sharing spaces away from home makes your bond stronger.

Our pets usually have moments of madness where they act like a whirlwind and do not listen. One of the ways to teach our pets is to reward them with their favorite snack when they behave well or immediately pay attention to something you ask of them.

Get used to the fact that your pets need little rewards from time to time. The curiosity of animals has no limit, hence they seem so funny and cute when they jump around or run in circles, so go ahead and remember those fun moments by capturing your pet’s personality in a pet portrait.

You can get yours now from the best pet photographer in Midland. Quality? Check. Creative? Check. Carol Bynum pet photography is the best when it comes to pet photography!

May this Valentine’s day be a special day to renew and strengthen the bond you have with your pets, so that you could cherish their memory for a lifetime!

Emotional Attachment Between Pets and Their Owners

Emotional Attachment Between Pets and Their Owners

The emotional bond between pets and owners is inextricably woven around each
other and is deeper than we can imagine. Sometimes it seems that pets understand
us, and they are capable of understanding our feelings.

Animals such as the dolphin, the panda, the elephant or the penguin are among the
friendliest animals in the world. Without a doubt, the dog leads the list and is often
even referred to as the best friend of the human being. Why? It was never very clear.
Perhaps, it is because of their level of intelligence, but I think it is due to their gentle
and accepting nature. A Chinese proverb says: “There is much of the human being in
the animal and everything of the animal in the human being.” Oh, how true is that?

Many trainers teach a dog to respond to commands without even saying them, since
the minds of many animals can perceive our thoughts based on experiences. They
are masters of reading body language.

The bond between the owner and his pet can reach the point of being very similar to
the bond between a mother and her child. Pets give true love for their owners and
vice versa.

For all the love that our pets give us, we are indeed indebted to our pets. Words
alone cannot express our love for our pets, but just like any parent we can show
them off! Carol Bynum is the best pet photographer in Midland and offers you the
opportunity to capture the perfect moment with you and your pet. Show your pets
off with a portrait that highlights their special place in your life.

No matter what, our pets stand by us throughout all life’s ups and downs. This is
explained by their highly developed empathic feeling. For our pet, we are their
guardians, the ones who feed them, give them affection and understanding, hence
they feel grateful and show us with gestures and looks full of tenderness how much
they appreciate us.

Our pets make a huge difference in our lives, giving them that special spark, making
our pets and ourselves happier, thanks to their company and love. The bond that
exists between our pets and us is something unique that transcends the barriers of
language.

Have you ever noticed your doggo smiling at you, as he wags his tail when you
return home? Could you possibly convince me that your dog does not get sad when
you leave him behind? What if you could capture these moments with a professional
photographer and have the lasting memory forever?

Capture your beautiful memories with the best pet photographer in Midland, all
without breaking your bank. In pet photography, the perfect smile of both owner
and pet is essential. We do all the heavy lifting, and deliver you memories to cherish
for a lifetime. Why wait? Catch your perfect moments with the best pet
photographer in Midland!

As A Photographer

As A Photographer

As a photographer, I can share with you the things I have seen and snapped pictures of. But you don’t know who I am. And that is the problem. You have no idea why you would want me to be your photographer. So let me shine some light on the subject.

My Name Is Carol

My husband and I have done wildlife photography for many years now. We love animals. It is a passion we share. We also have a great love of pets. With that in mind, I wanted to do pet photography. My loving husband jumped right on board and decided to be my helper. He is also a great pet whisperer. I just want to take great photos of pets in their own environment, with their own emotions.

If you haven’t guessed by now, we love pets. We have always had dogs and cats. Currently, we have two Border Collies. They are our greatest joys.

What I Do

I have found myself volunteering with my certified therapy dogs visiting hospitals, nursing homes, libraries, and hospice patients. The dogs seem to love bringing joy to those around them, and a little pet love can go a long way. They have also loved doing community events and parades. The spotlight suits them and I love being a part of my Border Collies adventures.

I started volunteering with Fix West Texas in 2019. It’s a non-profit organization that spays and neuters and does other preventative care in an affordable way that is accessible to all pet owners in West Texas. I am their photographer for the monthly clinics they provide to document their work and love of animals. The volunteers are amazing and deserve to be seen.

If you haven’t heard of Horses Hearts and Hands, let me share with you what they do. It is quite amazing. It is a non-profit organization that serves special needs and Veteran communities by providing horseback lessons that are affordable. They say horses are a great form of therapy. And maybe that is why it is known as Equine Assisted Therapy.

The Love Of The Work

I don’t think there is anything as rewarding as being able to be a part of special memories that involve people and their pets. That is why I became a pet photographer. I love seeing the emotions of the whole family, pets included, and being able to capture those moments for you.

I offer on-location sessions, which means I can go to your house, or a place of your choosing. I also take photos of more than just dogs and cats. I love all animals and I adore any animal that has a characteristic and personality of their own.

I am not just here for you. I like to make your pets feel comfortable. It can’t be easy to have someone they don’t know be in their face with a black box looking thing trying to make them look and “smile”. But together we can put your animals at ease and give you the kind of photos that will make you smile for years to come.

The Smiles That Last

The Smiles That Last

Have you ever noticed that when you come home from a long day of work, and you open the door, and there he is. The best boy. Your dog. And he… smiles?

If you have a dog, then you know what I mean. I don’t know if dogs actually smile, maybe they are panting, or showing their relief in anxiety, but they sure do look like they are smiling, don’t they?

What if you could capture that moment with a professional photographer and have the lasting memory forever?

Do Dogs Actually Smile?

The research shows that dogs imitate human emotions. So, when you are smiling and talking happily, your pet is imitating your facial features of your own happiness. This doesn’t mean they aren’t happy. Just that they know that is your sign of being happy, so they are wanting to show you the same.

When a dog is happy, they will relax their ears and their mouths. They will bounce their body and wag their tail loosely.

It is proven however, however, that dogs know that smiling creates a positive emotion. So they will continually do it to make you happy.

Catching The Perfect Smile

In photography, we want the perfect smile for all of our subjects. We want to capture the light in the eyes and the sweet happiness that is all encompassing. When it comes to dogs, the best way to do this is by being at ease with them. They can easily sense when you are unnerved and it is because of this that your reactions to the camera will be what makes their reaction to the camera.

It can’t be easy for them. They are with a new person, and that person has this little box thing that is pointed at them. This new person is calling to them to look over or moving around them. It can feel like they are being surveyed and this can cause emotions besides the happy ones we want to see. I suggest bringing some treats that they like.

Dogs Love To Perform

This is the truth for all dogs. They want to make their owners happy. If something brings their humans joy, they will do it again willingly, especially when they are getting rewarded. I don’t usually suggest toys, because this can make dogs anxious. They want to play with the toy and they can’t do that and sit nicely for a camera. Treats will make them repeat whatever it is that got them the treat in the first place, and they will be excited to get more praise.

I love to ensure that your dog has fun and is completely relaxed. Dogs will easily show when they are unhappy, nervous or stressed. We want to create an environment that is equal to them being as happy as when you come in from being away all day long at work. The truth is that dogs will do what you ask them, and though patience is definitely a virtue when it comes to pet photography, together we can ensure you get the perfect photo.
